MONTAOS-BERNAL NUPTIAL

Remember when we (Highschool friends) had our Xmas Party/Reunion/Get together last December? It's when Ryan announced that he's going to tie the knot sometime in April. I didn't believe it until it just happened last Saturday.

Friday-April 23, 2010

After my work way past 8pm. I rushed to the MRT to get to the bus station going to Tagaytay. And after almost two hours I met with the groom, my friend Ryan Montaos.

I did my work as soon as we arrived at the house that they rented. I doubled check everything, then Ryan introduced me to his Uncles and cousins. We drank San Mig Lights and packed up around 4am.

Saturday-April 24, 2010

The big day! I woke up at 8am and took a bath. I was having coffee while doing some pre-wedding arrangements and co-ordinations. Then I brought everything that's needed at the reception then went to see the bride. While I'm at the bride's hotel, I was still checking up on the groom and our friends whose car will serve as the bridal car.

Around 2:30pm, my friend Brian who owns the car finally arrived. The wedding is at 3pm. I hurriedly mount the flowers and escorted the bride inside the car then we took off to the church.

The wedding was held at Ina ng Laging Saklolo Church. After the wedding ceremony, we still went to Picnic Grove for some photo shoots then proceed to the RSM where the reception was held.

The venue of the reception is such a good place. Giving you a very nice view of Taal Lake. So romantic. My work's not yet done for I still have to stand as the emcee for the reception. Whew. Honestly, I haven't eaten anything the whole day. I only had two cups of coffee and a pack of Winston Lights.

THWE WEDDING RECEPTION 5 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING

Past 8pm, the wedding reception was over. Good Lord. I was congratulated by Ryan and Melody for a job well done. They keep on saying sorry for the hassle they caused me. I told them that it was a challenge and at the same time pleasure doing it for them.

The newlyweds, Mr. Ryan and Melody Montaos.

Congratulations!!!

INZATIABLE MEETS JOEM BASCON

It was last week, April 22, 2010 when I went to Joem Bascon's house in Mandaluyong for my RK shoot. For those who don't know him, he's the hot guy who closely resembles Piolo Pascual. For a little backgrounder, he entered showbiz on 2006 and was casted in Let's Go. He can be seen now via Habang May Buhay with Judy Ann Santos.

On the eve of the shoot, I prepared and packed my 2 Cosmopolitan Magazines where Joem posed as one of the 10 hot guys for the year 2007 ang 2009. I even texted Joem that I'll ask him to sign it for me. Hehehe.

...

We were finding our way in Mandaluyong to Joem's house around 11am and when we found it, I called him up to tell him that we were in front of their house. As soon as he stepped outside, I easily noticed that we have the same hair design, it's just that his is more detailed.

He offered some juice while he's fixing himself for his boxing training.

At 12noon, he started to box. So while he's boxing, Im took some shots of the wall and him in the ring.

After an hour of waiting, he suggested that we should meet around 4pm for his meeting at Talent Center in ABSCBN. And so we headed back to ABS.

4:30pm, Joem met us at ABSCBN Garden and accompanied him to Talent Center.

So after our shoot, I pulled out my magazines and asked him to sign it. And he was surprised to see that I have this 2007 Cosmo Edition wherein he posed wearing nothing but jeans.

Here's what Joem wrote for me.

And of course, I grabbed the opportunity to have a picture with him. God he's cute. Super cute! Lol. And to think he's only 23yo!

As of today...I should have gone to Antipolo to shoot their rest house but since I have two meetings for the day, I passed. Huhu. Its ok. We can always bump with each other. Hahaha.

DOG CAMP...

It was my first time to be at Mt. Makiling in Laguna. I went there last Saturday for my RK shoot. It was also my first time to witness a dog camp wherein 20 different breeds of dogs gathered all together for camp out.

We arrived around 9am. I can't help but to act like a child when I saw Cash, a Golden Retriever...

Kuya...

Una...

Baldo...

and my favorite...Gundina!

It made me miss my dog Black Eye. I showed them her video and they love her...They told me that I should have brought her in the camp. I just smiled and said that she's still a baby.

I didn't stay for the night coz I hurriedly rushed back to QC for my editing in Salamat Dok.

IN TIME...

It started last year, though I can't remeber exactly what month it was. I sent him a message through his DL account and he replied instantly.

And then we started texting. Oh by the way, his name is Gabriel and he's living in Quezon City. He works as a Graphic Artist in a big company in Ortigas.

But after like two months, I don't know what happened coz he suddenly stopped texting. And so I respected it. I thought that perhaps he already have someone to date with.

Remember when I went to Camsur just this March?! Remember Joey? Well, the first night that Joey and I went out for a drink in Naga, that's the same night when I received a missed call from Gabriel. Aside from the missed call, a message popped in my phone coming from him that says "MUSTA?" So I replied and until now we're still texting and it even gets better.

What I've noticed is that he's more open now compared before and I realized that he's sweet in his own way.

I thought that it might be good if we can finally meet up and talk face to face...but since work is always getting in the way, same with him...we might wait until it's the right time.

In time, maybe it'll happen. Maybe tomorrow...the day after tomorrow or next week or next month.

You know what they say...PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE but what I'm saying is TIME IS GOLD!

LOL!

NUEVA ECIJA

Three hours away from the heart of Manila is the province of Nueva Ecija. This is where I went to in my recent out of town coverage for my show Rated K, particulary in the town of Rizal.

Not too many pictures have been shot in line with this coverage because there's no much site to see aside from the vast lands that holds the rice fields of the province.

Together with me is my Researcher Vicky, Cameraman Edmond Llosala and Kuya Leonard. Oh! By the way, this is my first out of town legit story as a Writer...yes you read it right...WRITER! LOL

The pictures below were taken during our lunch prepared by Nanay Fely, our case study for Mother's Day.
We had fried tilapia, brown rice, nilagang baka and fruits for dessert. Yum!

So this is my Nueva Ecija experience...
