WHO KNOWS...

First of all, I hope that he won't get mad if he finds out that I made this blog about him.

Okay, let me tell you the story about meeting a guy, a mature guy. I won't be mentioning his name for his safety.

I met him and interviewed him last year, sometime October when i did a story for Salamat Dok. After which we started exchanging sms to each other. But these communication between the two of us is not that often, one is because I'm busy with work and two he is too busy with work.

He is not only the president but also the owner of his own company. That explains why he is too busy, like super busy.

Then came November, 2011. He invited me to attend his birthday celebration at The Fort, at Bugsy's to be exact. There I met some of his staff and partners.

After that,  two pre-set dates were cancelled because work always gets in the way, his way.

A month before my birthday, we set another date. This time, it pushed through.

We went to Edsa Shangri la. There, we talked about life, about him, about me while he is enjoying his red wine and I enjoying my beer.

Last night, we agreed to meet up again at the end of this week, and who knows what might happen.

So, below are just some of his pictures I grabbed from his company's Facebook page so you'll have an idea of what does he look like?

HOLY WEEK 2012

It has been two consecutive years that I'm spending my Holy Week vacation at Puerto Galera in Mindoro.

This year, I get to be with Carol again but this time with her boyfriend Jun. My good good friend Ross also decided to join me, with her boyfriend as well. So I'm like the fifth wheel of the group. Lol. Too bad, I'm single.

Yes, we stayed again at Lan Sei Water Resort. Honestly, if you're really looking for a very nice hotel with good facilities and affordable rates, not to mention that it's not that crowded compared to other resorts on the island, this is the place to be.

So as usual...we enjoyed the Holy Week break and just had a good time.

FIRST TIME IN MARINDUQUE...

One of the reasons why I LOVE MY JOB is because of the fact that I can see and visit different parts of the country FOR FREE!

Last month I was assigned to Marinduque, and it's MY FIRST TIME!

My crew and I left Manila around 6am and reached Lucena Port at 10am. We were originally scheduled to take the RORO trip to Marinduque at 10am but since we came in late, we have no choice but to wait for the next trip which is at 12 noon.

It's a 2-hour RORO trip from Lucena, Quezon to Marinduque.

Once we reached the port and got off the barge, a monument of the Moriones soldiers will welcome you to the island.

MORIONES MONUMENT

We arrived in Mongpong, a remote island at 5:30pm and since it's already dusk, we have to get to work right away so we can still have some day effect shoots.

 MONGPONG ISLAND, MARINDUQUE

The island is very remote. They have electricity but only from 5pm to 11pm. There are no hotels on the island so we slept in the house of our case study.

I will not go into details of what I have experienced on the island and don't bother asking me. Hehehe.

ME AND MY CREW

Let's just say, I'll charge it to experience.

Wink!
